Check our tutor's profiles, and book your lesson. Once booked, your teacher will message you on Google Chat.

Secure your lesson with a quick payment via Stripe. Please complete your payment before the lesson starts.
You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is successful.

Q: What do you use for lessons?
A: We use Google Chat for all our lessons.
You will need a Google Account (Gmail address). If you don't have one, please create a free account here before your first lesson.
How do I use Google Chat for the lessons?
It’s very simple! If you are using a PC, you can access it directly from your web browser. If you are using a smartphone or tablet, please download the Google Chat and Google Meet apps. For a step-by-step setup guide, please check our Preparation Guide.
Q: Do I need to buy textbooks?
A: No, your teacher will provide all the necessary learning materials. If you have specific textbooks or topics you'd like to use, just let your teacher know directly!
Q: How long is each lesson?
A: Each standard lesson is 25 minutes. However, you can book two consecutive sessions back-to-back for a full 50-minute lesson.
Q: Do you offer group lessons?
A: We only offer group lessons if you would like to bring your own friend. In this case, please note that the lesson fee will be charged for two people. We do not place you into groups with strangers.
Q: Is the lesson conducted only in Japanese?
A: Don’t worry! All our teachers can support you in English. Depending on the teacher, support in other languages may also be available.

Q: How far in advance do I need to book a lesson?
A:
Regular Lessons: Please book and complete your payment at least 3 hours before the lesson starts.
Free Trial Lesson: Please book at least 12 hours in advance so we can prepare the best experience for you.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We understand that plans change! However, to respect our teachers' time, we apply the following fees for late cancellations:
Up to 12 hours before: Free cancellation.
Less than 12 hours before: 50% of the lesson fee.
Less than 1 hour before (or No-Show): 100% of the lesson fee.
